1. Choose the appropriate model and size for tampons
The models of tampons are generally as follows:
Long catheter tampon: the length of the entire catheter is relatively long, the booster on the tail, when used, only need to normally push the tail push rod and the front conduit to coincide, relatively smooth and easy to push in.
Short catheter tampon: the length is basically only half of the long catheter, thicker than the long catheter (lipstick size is about the same) when using it needs to pull out the back half of the catheter, push in is not as stable as the long catheter, the design is equivalent to a folding umbrella, easy to carry.
Finger-in tampons: There are no boosters that need to be pushed by our fingers. The size is really small, so to speak, an enlarged version of the bullet, not suitable for novices to try for the first time.
2. Tampons have the same size options as sanitary napkins
Tampon sizes are divided into Little (L small absorption type), Regular (R basic model), Super (S volume variety), Super Plus (SP special amount variant)
You can choose the right size according to your menstrual flow.
Tianqing tampon conduit, designed for easy to push in directly, with an added anti-slip pattern design in the middle, not only good to grasp the conduit, but also directly locate the depth of the tampon.
3. So as a novice, how should tampons be used?
First of all, you need to clean your hands before use, choose a convenient position, and tear the individual packaging of the tampon.
With one push, pinch the catheter pattern handle with your thumb and middle finger and push the catheter into the body at 45° to the tread grip.
One press, the index finger presses the pusher, and the tampon in the catheter is pushed in from the outside to the inside, so that the tampon enters the vaginal "non-sensory zone", and there is no foreign body pressure sensation even if it is in place.
With one pull, gently pull out the catheter outward, leaving the cotton thread outside the body.
When replacing, pull out the cotton strip with the cotton cord left outside the body.
No matter what type of tampon is used, the wearing time should not exceed 8 hours, and it is recommended to replace it every 2~4 hours for daytime use.
